IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT TRAINING
We offer in-house IT Service Management training - either based on the ITIL foundation syllabus or bespoke to meet your particular needs.
As a partner of EXIN and with the approval of the Office of Government Commerce we are able to train your people in ITIL best practice either to the requirements of the foundation course or to your own requirements. The benefits to you are that your people spend more time being trained in the areas that are most important to them.
We keep our pricing structure simple and in the UK charge just £1200 per day for up to 12 people. This is excellent value without a compromise on quality. We guarantee that your trainer will be an ITIL v2 red-badge Service Manager and v3 purple-badge 'Expert'.
Generic foundation level training is typically delivered over 3 days. Our focus is on training your people to develop their capabilities as practitioners and we do not offer an examination service. (Online Examination facilities are available via examination providers should you wish your people to undertake examinations after our training.)
